리뷰의 악마가 다녀갔는지 걱정했는데 생각보다 괜찮았음 유니온역도 대충 걸어가면 15분정도 기차옆 산책로 따라가다보면 CN타워 밑도 지나갈수있어서 사진한방찍고 DT 아래쪽 이랑도 가까워서 걸어서 펍이나 맛집도 갈만함 살짝아쉬운건 출입할때랑 엘레베이터 사용하는게 살짝 불편 뷰도 좋아서 여친있었으면 테라스에서 와인때렸으면 좋았을만함 따듯한물도 잘나옴 근데 수압은 약함 이틀잤는데 잘만함

DONT BOOK IT!!Worst hotel I have ever been, it was fake, the pictures from the page are totally different to the real place, management don’t do anything for you, they did not solve the problem, we had to stay in hotel we did not like ,It did not match with the ones of Trip page. (First photo was the physical apartment, the others photos what was in the page👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻) It’s a scam!!!

詐欺ですお金帰ってきません。メールで不審な請求があるのですが絶対に払わないでくださいメールからアクセスしてお金を払うのは100%詐欺ホテルも泊まってないのにお金だけ払わされたクレジットカードに連絡して手続きが大変でした

I want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants. It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.

First of all, this is not a hotel, but an apartment in a residential building. Check-in is remote, with the payment of a security deposit to be returned at check-out. I waited an hour and a half with my family in the lobby, including three children, for them to recognize the deposit ($300) I had made. We were already tired and nervous, I almost gave up on staying, but it was already paid for, so we stayed. After checking out, the difficulty of getting the deposit back began. First they said it would take 3 to 4 days. Then they apologized for the delay, but said that the deposit was being processed. Ten days have passed and I still haven't received my money back. I feel cheated, ripped off, disrespected. 訂房網站 should delete this site from its platform immediately, because they are not reputable professionals and they do not respect their customers, and they take unagreed values. Never book this place! Run away! Guaranteed trouble! I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!

This hotel is a scam, it is very sketchy. The deposit amount keeps changing and we talked with multiple customer services. They keep forcing us to give our credit card when we have asked for cash, which is very weird and sketchy. Please be aware of this hotel and we want refund please!
